For example, at Nordhagen Beach, I used the workshop and farmhouse toolkits that we got from Far Harbor to create a nice dock.

And for Oberland Station, since it was close to the train tracks, I used the train car toolkit that we got from the Contraptions Workshop DLC to craft some train cars that the settlers used as homes.
