Then I was also discovering, you know, throughout the book, I'm also looking to the Caribbean for like, looking to kind of folk traditions over there and the ways in which kind of songs were passed back and forth and traditions passed back and forth.

um there's an amazing song that i that i that i love by count osi and who was a kind of um rastafari kind of nayabingi um drummer and performer um and he he's got this amazing song called 400 years um that's on this what's the album called it's called the mystic revelation of rastafari i think it's from the think it's for mid 70s and it's kind of like got it's kind of like an old English folk tune, but with Nyabingi drums and he's singing about colonialism and, you know, 400 years of colonial rule and what the British did.

But then again, it's got almost like this kind of folk melody.

So I love those.
