NXT Cruiserweight Championship

For NXT's October 9th card, we had some, uh, a lot of the enormous advantage that WWE possessed on the opposite side, which we had a lot of stars.

Lio Rush defeated Drew Gulak to win the NXT Cruiserweight Title.

Rhea Ripley defeated Aliyah.

The Forgotten Sons defeated Tyler Breeze and Fandango.

Um, right, back for...

After that we have a promo package hyping up the Cruiserweight Championship, which went really hard.

I wasn't expecting for it to go this hard.

It got me really excited, as if you'd need to get me excited, more excited for this match than seeing this match on paper, 'cause Neville versus Rich Swann on paper was the match I was looking forward to the most on this card.

Mm-hmm.

So here we go.

Match number three was Adrian Neville challenging Rich Swann for the Cruiserweight Championship, and I'm gonna start, 'cause the crowd were so quiet for this match, and you can't really blame them.

They were tuckered out after the last match, and this match was very good as well.

Satterlee arrived in WWE in 2012 to much fanfare.

During his roughly six-year run with the company, he became the NXT Champion, NXT Tag Team Champion, and WWE Cruiserweight Champion.

His high-flying offense, made all the more impressive by the brawny physique on his stocky frame, earned him the nickname The Man That Gravity Forgot.

That physique played a direct role in choosing Pac as his in-ring name.

For me, it's the NXT title run that really cemented it for him, for me.

um i could see the other arguments as as rich mentioned with the cruiserweight championship on 205 live i do remember with that uh international championship um or i guess when it was the all atlantic championship there was a lot of hype about what that belt could be because there was a lot of like this could be defended in other promotions i remember he showed up in rev pro with that belt I was like, oh, look, Pax here with the AEW.

Like, this could be really cool if he's going to defend it, you know, in these different spots with that belt.

And then he would debut on the main roster.

Was a part of 205 Live when they brought back the Cruiserweight Championship.

He had a pretty good run with the Cruiserweight title.

Really had him as a dominant champion.

Pretty much was.

definitely the top guy on the show for quite a while, and by at that time, they dropped the Adrian name, and he was just Neville, of course, but even remember, he had a Pretty good feud and match with Enzo Amore for the Cruiserweight Championship.

And he was also on Raw, too, I know.

I'm sure a lot of people remember the match he had with Chris Jericho.
