Which means at the time of autonomous systems, it's a system of abundance, because we actually have to embrace AI because i-i-it creates the possibility of abundance.

In 2022, 90% of 20-24 year olds had attained the national requirement for a qualification at Year 12 or Certificate 3 level or above, which included the completion of Year 10 English and Mathematics.

The National Assessment Program, Literacy and Numeracy, NAPLAN, also provides some information on the literacy and numeracy levels up to Year 9, indicating that 5% of Australian Year 9 students are below the national minimum numeracy level and 10% are below the minimum reading standard.

This article estimates that at least 5% of the recruiting demographic do not have the minimum education requirements to apply for a role in the ADF, but notes that this may be higher than 10% in some aspects of literacy.

Once these national characteristics are combined, the proportion of the Australian population aged 17 to 24 who may be eligible to apply for any role in the ADF is reduced to below 62%, as shown in Figure 1, which can be seen with the published text article available at the forge.defence.gov.au.

Launched by the Ministry of Education in 2021, the NIPUN Bharat Mission, or the National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy, focuses on building foundational reading and number-solving competencies among children between the ages of five to eight years.

In the last five years of this mission, the country invested in building awareness about the need for such competencies, creating FLN teaching materials, establishing learning targets, and bringing foundational learning to the center of the school education discourse.

Now, as we take stock of the learning levels, the next phase of India's foundational learning journey needs to focus much more deeply on the classroom practices, and that means investing heavily in our teachers.

I mean, look, essentially this, this piece that she's written is in response to the fact that the national NAPLAN, which is the National Assessment Program for Literacy and Numeracy, I got it, um, in Australia.

But it, I mean, really for those of you who are listening, it's a standardized or it's a set of standardized tests.
