So the story needed to come out as honest, as raw, as vulnerable as it is.

We're talking this morning to Ntando Rambani, who's written a book called From One Mother to Another.

I want to just zone in on something that you said there, which was essentially mothering in the eyes of other people, which I think a lot of mothers feel, even if you're just standing at pick and pay and your kids, you know... being challenging that day and you want to scream but you can't you are mothering in the public eye which is another very different thing it was funny actually we were prepping for the radio awards yesterday and I was listening to an interview that I'd done a few months ago or last year talking about my experience of being in a supermarket and I've got quite a distinctive apart from being on the radio I've got quite a distinctive voice anywhere and I was about to lose it with my kids and someone goes oh are you Sarah Jane and you kind of go oh Yeah, just as I'm about to unleash holy hell on my kids.

You are doing this in the public eye.

I was there.
