Novello Theatre

Adjoining streets are Drury Lane, Kingsway, India Place and Melbourne Place.

Notable buildings along its length include the Aldwych Theatre, opened in 1905, the Novello Theatre, also opened in 1905, the High Commissions of India House and also Australia House.

Restaurants and hotels include the Wardorf Hilton London, which opened in 1908, the M.E. Hotel designed by Richard Rogers and One Aldwych.

As part of universities, you've got Bush House, King House, Melbourne House and Strand House making up the Aldwych Quarter, formerly the office headquarters of the BBC World Service from 1941 to 2012 and now part of the Strand campus of King's College London.

Then it moved in June 2004 to the Prince of Wales.

and is now happily ensconced here at the Novello Theatre since September 2012.

The new cast currently in rehearsal includes today's guests, and I'm delighted to welcome Charlie Garton, who plays Pepper, Kyle Cox, who plays Skye, and Eddie Turner, who plays Eddie.

That's quite convenient, Eddie Edward.

It's always good to, you know, have the experience.
