Notes on "Camp"

So many people have tried to define camp.

I think famously the first one was Susan Sontag, who wrote Notes on Camp.

And then there's been lots of other people who have tried it, like Bruce LaBruce.

And there's good camp, there's bad camp, there's high camp, there's low camp.

So that's where the camping comes in.

OK, so camping comes from Susan Sontag, who wrote Notes on Camp.

And I think everybody's most familiar with like Rocky Horror Picture Show, right? That movie is essentially camp.

I also use in the book as an example, the movie Showgirls.
