Not Broken Enough

And that's kind of like our process.

The album title, Not Broken Enough.

I mean, I won't go into what it means or where it really came from, but it kind of sounds like something we can all relate to.

Like, you know, no matter what life throws at you, you're still there.

Anyway, Josh Mowery, you know him better as the lead singer of Catch Your Breath.

Joining me today to talk their new album, Not Broken Enough, officially dropping on August 28th.

I do have to say, because before we started, you said, hold on, let me get my coffee.

How do you take your coffee, Josh? Are you a coffee black kind of guy? What do you got in the cup there?

We're caffeinated.

We're ready to go.

Josh, I want to hit you with kind of my big question, and it's the scenic route into the answer I want to get to, but I want to break down the band's journey And the approach to this latest record, Not Broken Enough, because I think it's interesting, especially bands like yours, like Catch Your Breath, because you guys are coming up in this digital world where everything is consumed digitally or mostly digitally.

You don't need that typical 12 track record to be successful.

I think you need to get a little bit more broken.

I think you're not broken enough.

Not at all.

Not at all.

yeah,

what can you do? Well, anyway, let's crack into it.

We have a great review coming up for Not Broken Enough.
