Northwestern High School

Three straight.

We talk about Northwestern.

We talk about South Point winning one last year, defending.

Northwestern's got two in a row.

Dutch Fork has four in a row.

Oceanside has three in a row.

We'll hear about that, but just to frame this, just so everyone knows, why we keep saying do not bury these teams that lose.

Quickly in the RPI, I will tell you, Boiling Springs fell just to 5th after losing that game.

I was born and raised in Rock Hill, and I grew up in the, uh, Squire Estates, College Downs, Crawford Road, and Wildcat area.

I attended Northwestern High School, where I played football and ran track.

Graduated in 1998 and, uh, enlisted in the US Army, and I served until 2004.

My parents are Otis and Sylvia Blake McCrory.

That's, that's, it's compelling.

As I've said often, especially with Northwestern High School, come get your whooping.

[laughs]

Come get your whooping.

Our, our, our district is unique in a lot of ways, and one of the ways we're unique is we get players from every middle school.

We don't have a middle school that's just set for Northwestern High School or set for, you know, uh, that, that school in McConnell's or that school, uh, up the road.

You know, we don't, we don't have, uh, middle schools that are just set for those schools.

Um, you know, we get players from every school.
