Second thing is an in-game kid zone in a partnership with Northeast Texas Jelly Bowl, which is located on the east side grass, like the grass field that's kind of on the southern part, like the southeastern part of the stadium.

It's going to be, it'll have a bounce house, balloon artists, face painters, mini football field painted on the grass so the kids can go out there and wear themselves out and then sleep the rest of the game, stuff like that, which I think is a really good thing.

And they will make an announcement to tell young fans, hey, go out there and form a tunnel for the Lion football team to run through, which I think is a really good thing.

But the offense has got to come out and start swinging.

And I think what you're going to see, because here's the thing, the closest thing we have to a rival in the Southland is SFA.

They're Southeast Texas or Northeast Texas.

They're you know, we're competing for kind of the same quality of of student athlete.

My dad was a salesman and he knew all the little towns in Central and Northeast Texas and East Texas.

And he just enjoyed the heck out of it.

And he's quite successful with it, too.

Whatever they are, they are real, they live out there year-round, and they move through those mountains like they own them.

Um, I ran 138-mile trail once.

It's called the Northeast Texas Trail, the NET, and I liked the idea of buying land that bordered the NET.

It's in the process of becoming a state park.

Most people don't know this.

Um, and so I was looking at these 50 to 100 acre parcels, and they were selling from between, you know, 700 and 1.4 million.

Depending on if they had a house or not, how big the lake was, if they were fenced, did they come with a tractor, et cetera.

And I found one I loved that bordered the Northeast Texas Trail, but it was overpriced by about 200,000, and the owner just was not willing to budge.

And I-- It had a home, uh, which I liked, 'cause, you know, we want a place to stay when we go out there.

But yes, you're exactly right.

Uh, and, and I don't know what area of Texas you're having these things happen in, but there's so much, there's so much Bigfoot activity, especially in East Texas, Southeast Texas, Northeast Texas.

That area of the state is very, very active.

So I live in San Antonio, but I frequently travel to Dallas and Houston.

These projects have been described by Novi Labs and RBN before, most recently in Fly Like an Eagle.

But to recap, the Gulf Coast Express expansion, zero point five seven Bcf per day, is already flowing more gas to the Agua Dulce hub in South Texas, and Hugh Brinson, Greenline, is starting to ramp up flows to Northeast Texas.

It will eventually have a capacity of two point two Bcf per day.

Blackcomb is set to enter service later this year, providing an extra two point five Bcf per day of takeaway to Agua Dulce.

The red line in each chart shows the average annual gas outflow in million cubic feet per day for the version of Arrow with Solitude added.

The blue line, where visible, shows annual flows where we instead had the two BCF per day pipeline in Arrow D starting in twenty thirty-three.

The most dramatic impact is shown in Arrow C, with flowing gas to the Northeast Texas region, which includes Dallas/Fort Worth and the Texas side of the Haynesville Shale.

As this is a production region in its own right, the price premium is weaker than in other eastern regions.
