The three years that he himself, Conor Gethin's manager and Blair Laurie, the coach who've been in charge of Clough, you'd probably be hard-pressed to find a better week than the one just passed because they beat Bonnet and Thistle to get through to the third round of the Scottish Cup.

They then beat Rora to get through to the semi-final of the North of Scotland Cup and then they've picked up three points in the league against a good Strathspeyside.

So I could see totally where Robbie Duncanson was coming from and I mean they've got guys, at the moment Clark that are in really good form Jordan McRae scored again I think he's up to 16 for the season now Shea Keogh's been scoring regularly of late he was also on target Craig Laurie got the other and a good three points for them and I don't think Strathspey had any complaints really Aaron Doran felt it was as poor a display or as disappointing a display as they've had all season in terms of sort of the cutting edge and the quality on the ball that he looks for given the players they've got he just felt it wasn't there and I was just disappointed with how it went but they'll get quite a chance soon enough to try and make up for that because the sides do it all again at Grant Street on Saturday in the first round of the our davidson bankery highland league cup so be interesting to see how the the rematch goes and you were mentioning forrest they beat invergordon 4-2 at ali mcgregor park and i think we're you know well he's invaduri have played half their games and a lot of teams now have played 15 or 16 games so we're almost at the halfway point and i think forrest For me, they've had a very good first half of the league season, 24 points from their 16 games and given, which has been spoken about here plenty, but given the changes in the summer and maybe the sort of youthfulness of Forest's squad and also it's quite, in terms of numbers, it's quite tight.

They maybe don't have the same depth as some other teams to be sitting eighth in the table with 24 points at this stage, I think.

I kind of lost last week but it's a positive step in the season for Strathspey and I know it's still early but like right now they're through in the Scottish Cup they're still in the North of Scotland Cup they've Highland League Cup first round to come as well and they're doing well in the league so as Aaron Dorn was making a point after was like sort of competing on a few fronts and it's like you want to keep that going and try and sort of keep the feel good factor going as long as you can and then the last team I mentioned got through there's going the distance and then there's aye I think to our length of time it was dragging on Banks maybe considering booking a hotel overnight Kirk and Tillich and coming back on the Sunday but they beat Kirk and Tillich Rob Roy away the home 9-8 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in most interesting probably Paul Lawson and Josh Winton sort of channeling a bit their inner Louis van Gaal in the build up to the penalty shootout but he did it mind the World Cup changed the goalie I think was it Tim Cooley put on changed the goalie and Holland got through well banks of D on Saturday and extra time Matthew Duncan came off, Daniel Holbein went on and he came up trumps and then because they were after Liam Jewell had a penalty saved, Kirk and Tillich had a penalty to knock Banks-Adee out, Holbein saved it back on level terms through sudden death.

One goes over the bar, Ramsay Davidson converts Banks-Adee's 10th penalty to send them through.

And after, you know, Paul Lawson said afterwards Banks-Adee didn't really play well.
