Um, but he does write occasionally like, wow, you know, I could see this being like an amazing vineyard, you know, or like this could be great plantation country or whatever, you know, and his father, you know, he and his father traveled into Northern Florida in the 1760s under King George III's patronage.

And it was, you know, after the French and Indian Wars and Florida had, you know, been given over to the British government, that was territory that needed to be assessed.

And John Bartram traveled to northern Florida with William to basically do a real estate assessment of the St. John's River Valley, you know.

And that's truly like it reads like a real estate, you know, ad to read John Barsham's journals.

I mean, he was an astute botanist, too.

Now, months ago, I told you that here, I always like to think that we're in Central Florida, but then the people in Central Florida get mad at me and they say, no, no, Orlando is Central Florida, but we are between.

Central Florida and North Florida.

And our bookstore is in a tiny little town called Palatka, Florida.

Very historical town.

So, you know, it's just, and now here we are 10, 11 years later, and I don't resent the business because I think I'm still in this lane of helping people find fitness and making fitness easier for a community of people.

Another great example of this studio related wise was, I've told this story before, but this story in Northern Florida, They, there's this young woman.

She was gone to a horrible, horrible car accident, got a crazy, crazy surgery with titanium all over her, you know, her inside her body.

And she found yoga and yoga, you know, it's basically told she'd never walk again or she'd never run again.

And it's like, no, it's because you're not moving anymore and you're not in high school, you know, running around every day.

So she was like, okay, I'll get these people, help these people find their second wind.

And what ended up happening is you could guess in Northern Florida, she attracted this much older crowd.

And maybe you will call it their third wind where they are in pain and they're like, life is starting to get depressing because I'm always in pain.

Both Dan and Wendy get jobs at Florida State University Law School.

So if you're not from Florida, there's a saying, "The further north you go, the more south you get." Northern Florida is really southern Georgia.

When you think about Florida, maybe you think about Disney World or you think about Miami with the beaches and the nightlife.

And Tallahassee is not seen as that sophisticated.

Some of the greatest food.

I remember Northern Florida having some amazing food, Savannah.

I did two movies in Savannah and what I mean, the South is just, the food there is amazing.
