people I find it smaller as well because of the people like there's quite a few kind of you see a lot of people come through especially the social avenue where they'll come into property they'll go all out on social media they'll be at all our events and stuff you'll see them but they never really last they kind of disappear once they don't make any money from it or they go for the quick fix or they think they've been sold the dream and they're going to make loads of money on property or whatever they kind of disappear so the ones that are there that are the investors in it for the long haul you do see them every other month

we've probably got about 15 Glasgow one we've probably got about there's probably I would say there is a majority I would say 60% regular hold on keep coming back keep coming back and then you'll get your kind of 40 to 30% are new ones that'll just come in for a wee what's this all about and then you kind of won't see them again but there's that good core like your Alex Walker's and all that that are there every month you know he's not there this month on the NC500 jealous swimming in the sea

Nick PontyHOST

yeah she's working a holiday let because it is like
Steven ClarkHOST

Inverness and it's starting at NC500 that's probably quite a good bit of advice actually people are going to essays like thinking about the demographic you want the guests because if you are going for a holiday let you're going to expect people with high standards are staying there for one or two nights they're wanting everything at their disposal whereas someone's staying there for your 36 day booking if I was working away for 36 days I wouldn't give a shit as long as there's a fridge and a bed like

I'm thinking like the guys that are going to be working on the centre parks that's my ideal person they just want Sky Telly they want to be close to a pub which
