North Atlantic Treaty

We're gonna, uh-

Washington, Washington, DC, and our military officers are breaking every law, every treaty, every international agreement, the United Nations Charter, the NATO Treaty, and, uh, in, are in direct violation of the Constitution for the United States of America, and nobody cares.

Because they sh- they show them a bunch of, of, of little children marching along a road, and everybody gets all misty-eyed, and to hell with the law.

And that's more dangerous than anything that Slobodan Milosevic could ever do, is if we establish a precedent that these people in Washington, DC, can just invent law-

I mean, NATO, as far as I'm concerned, was, uh, formed to be a defensive military organization, not to attack people.

Read their charter.

There's, there's a link directly to the NATO treaty from our website, harvest-trust.org, and if you hit that link and go there, you can read the NATO treaty, and you will see that they are in gross, not just in violation, but gross violation.

The treaty gives them no authority to do anything that they are doing.

They're in violation of the United Nations Charter.

They're in violation of their own treaty, the North Atlantic Treaty.

NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, is in violation of its own treaty.

The United States is in violation of its own constitution.

All of them are in violation of the United Nations Charter.

This committee sponsored Senate Concurrent Resolution 4, House Concurrent Resolution 26, with the active support of 28 senators and 84 congressmen.

The resolution stated that whereas federal union in this country had secured prosperity and abundance for Americans, the president be requested to invite the democracies which sponsored the North Atlantic Treaty to a convention to explore the possibilities of forming within the framework of the United Nations the principles of free federal union, the avowed end result of which was to establish an Atlantic federal union as a necessary first step toward ultimate world government.

And they did it, folks, and it was called NATO.

NATO.

That was the first steps toward forming NATO, which was going to be one of the first steps besides the United Nations toward world government.

It is, in fact, NATO.

NATO did, in fact, unite the military forces and, through the military forces, the governments of Europe, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO Preparing for world government.

I want to bring your attention now to a book that I want you to get.

They knew what the law says specifically or does not say or does not allow or does not make provision for the placing of United States troops under foreign commands or foreign commanders.

They knew what the NATO treaty, the North Atlantic Treaty, said.

They knew what the United Nations Charter said.

They understood what was happening, and they were angry.

I'm tired of the Hegelian dialectic operatives of the thousand points of light steering us in every different way against each other.

I'm sick of it.

I'm sick of church leaders who, in their ignorance watching CNN, stand up and support a wrong, unlawful, unconstitutional action that not only goes against the Constitution, but the NATO Treaty and the United Nations Charter.

And I don't give a damn if it embarrasses you and your church.

The reason he, reason he launched his tirade was so that the listening audience could not hear you actually quote the law.

Because if you had actually been able to quote the law from the Constitution, the North Atlantic Treaty, and the United Nations Charter, he would've been history and Clinton would've been history with most of those in that listening audience that had been supporting him up to this point.

Because most people are law-abiding citizens, and they wanna support the law, not anarchy, which is what Clinton is doing.

Clinton is doing exactly what Hitler did when he launched World War II.

This war is about world government.

It's establishing the precedent against the Constitution, against the NATO Treaty, against the United Nations Charter, that a world body can, uh, operate a world police force and force any nation that goes against it to conform to their will.

Once that happens, no one is safe.

Yeah, well, [sighs] okay.

Furthermore, by making war on a sovereign nation, NATO acted in violation of both its own charter and that of the United Nations.

The North Atlantic Treaty states that NATO will, quote, refrain in its international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations, end quote.

The document specifies that NATO was created to defend, quote, the territorial integrity, political independence, or security, end quote, of its members in exercising the right of collective self-defense recognized by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations.

Whatever one thinks of the actions of the Milosevic regime in suppressing a secessionist movement within its own borders, it must be admitted that the Yugoslav regime did nothing to threaten the integrity, political independence, or security of NATO members.
