So I'm just gonna add some, nori to this so yeah with that amount of the phytoplankton the epa actually is right on par with a can of sardines the dha is probably less because only so much of that is going to absorb but It has fewer calories, not by much, but like by 30 or something and more protein by like, I think like five or six grams more protein than a tin of sardines and more selenium, way more iron, more iodine and less sodium.
