And can we put the right metrics in and come up with an approach that you could then replicate in other council deployments? So that's definitely what we're looking at.

We were talking to Norfolk Council for nearly 18 months before we really got to the point where we started to do some meaningful stuff with them earlier this year.
Rob AndersonGUEST
34:45
So these things can take time, but what I found is when people commit to something like this they come back to it they don't they don't low hot and cold really they generally go i'm really interested but it's not right now okay well and then we'll talk again and that it is right now and then they're ready to go um we've also done training material as well um so we've got some uh training material which is designed for professional drivers again It was done with NFP because we were both convinced that you could have an economic impact on a firm if you encourage them to be a bit more cautious and a bit safer around people cycling because they'd have less accidents.

Neil MogganGUEST
23:44
But like, we just learning so much from the conversations we have and, um and and that that was kind of the key learning point we we had funding from Norfolk County Council for every secondary primary and special school but actually we really want to make that deeper learning embed that learning then you've got to get in front of teachers in the schools and speak to them and meet them and connect with them and our data is getting stronger and stronger every time we go in and and lead with that model now so we're really comfortable where we're at at the moment um and like I say the program always comes down to the quality of the lead teacher and how passionate and invested they are to galvanise the team.
Neil MogganGUEST
