And how and it's much harder to rent another apartment when you have an eviction on your record because she was considered to be a trouble tenant because the police were called for multiple domestic incidents.

and so it's like so that's not actually helping in the long run but that's what happens when you're using the carceral state to enforce your policies and i see a lot of carry over to that with um sex work and like the nordic model especially oh my god the nordic model let's go um

Well, here's the thing about the carceral feminism is like whatever this everything you just talked about.

And then the fact that we have zero social programs to help people who find themselves in situations like that with no money.

But then he just couldn't like it just had this very dour tone to it in the end.

And then I'm looking at the comments and there were actually some people who got it and then some people who were like, this is the new kind of thing I think is that people say, well, support the sex worker, but criminalize these Johns.

And it's like, if you criminalize, and somebody who got it was like, how are you supporting the sex worker by criminalizing her clients? Like if she doesn't have clients, how does she do the job? And so obviously the comments section is never the place to like find nuance, but It just, we have talked about this a little bit on the show, but I want to talk about it every single time we get a chance because I think it's so important that people really understand what is so bad about the Nordic model, about criminalizing the people who buy the sex and, you know, making it legal to sell, but criminal to buy.

That is a huge problem.
