Nominating committee

At least at some stage in the process.

Like, I am on the Nominations Committee for Greenpeace Australia Pacific.

Those board positions are elected by the members.

The members are actually quite a small group.

There's only about 100 members of Greenpeace.

And it is elected...

For the last, I don't know, five or six years, the General Assembly, which is the members of Greenpeace, have followed the recommendations of the Nominations Committee and the Nominations Committee has done the hard yards in terms of who is recommended for election.

Now, that doesn't mean that the electorate, that is the General Assembly, may not say, Nominations Committee, we think you've done a terrible job and we're not following your recommendations.
