A Montague County grand jury has indicted former Mountaineer football star, current assistant running backs, Coach Noel Devine, on several felony criminal counts after he allegedly attacked a girlfriend earlier this month in Morgantown.

Montague County Prosecutor's Office says Devine has been indicted on several charges by the grand jury, which was already scheduled to meet last week.
