Wind at northwest.

Samuel Wyatt and I went across the Mystic River to Chelsea upon the Noddle's Island and had a fair view of Boston.

Moses...

This is a note.

Moses Sleeper and Samuel Wyatt had both enlisted as corporals in Captain Perkins' company of Colonel Little's regiment on the same day in May.

Their route across the Mystic River and the, through Chelsea to Noddles or Noddle's Island, east of Boston, took them past the north side of the continental fortifications and around the British presence in Charleston.
