Nocturne

You know from his work in Ray Donovan, The Perfect Couple, and Spotlight.

He stars in the Apple TV series Nocturne, premiering October 30th, with two episodes followed by a new episode every Friday.

Please welcome back to the show our friend Liev Schreiber, everybody! Thank you! Wonderful.

I'm good.

It's not great when you do, like, yeah, when we do a whole segment on the show and someone's like, I just wish it was a thumbs-up emoji.

Well, I guess most of what we're doing is thumbs down.

But you, I actually want to ask about this, because you had sort of a red carpet moment where you had an interaction with a reporter who was trying to get a soundbite about your new show, Nocturne.

And I'm paraphrasing here, but it was a version of quickly tell me three words that explain the show.

Sona and I will be discussing that week to week.

And we will also be talking about Nocturne, an Apple TV serial killer thriller, which looks really intriguing.

And I've heard some early, very strong reviews with some of the characters I very much like.

Stephen Graham, Zazie Beetz, some of my favorites.

And that's the agenda for our next couple of months.

Looking forward to it.

Yeah, my TV's been advertising Nocturne for me, so it knows what I like.

So that's promising.

Jeff, let me ask you about this.

Stephen Graham has been making the rounds promoting Nocturne, and he was on the Today Show, and he has said that Heat 2 has been delayed to January.

They won't be rolling cameras this year after all.

It'll be delayed till January.

I got to interview Stephen Graham two days ago.

Yes.

For about five minutes, me and Stephen Graham and Rory Culkin for Nocturne.

I got to talk to

Because they did Doctor Doom four times and it never worked.

So, but yeah, there are certainly... characters that fascinate me more and poison ivy could be one of those terrence poison ivy could be one of those all right thank you so much man appreciate the question dude all right next up Hey, John, have you seen the Apple series Nocturne with Liev Schreiber? I didn't even know it started yet.

I just saw the ads for it.

I didn't know it began.

We

got even more stars in 3, 0, 1, and we'll catch up with Stephen Graham fresh off his success with adolescence with my favorite series last year's back with a new thriller series is playing a very very bad guy.

And then Rachel Bilson's stopping by.

She's going to share her genre-bending holiday movie that's going to make you laugh, it's going to make you scream, might make you cry like you have Kourou.

We're really thrilled to be welcoming Stephen Graham back to Studio 1A.

The acclaimed actor has been gripping audiences for more than 25 years, with roles in everything from Gangs of New York to the incredibly award-winning series Adolescence.

Well, now he's taking on a dark new role in the thriller series Nocturne, playing a convicted serial killer.

Even though his character is locked up, he may still be pulling the strings from behind bars.
