Noah Schnapp

i did not know where that was going at first actually so i'm really scared with this information i was actually thinking yesterday stranger things day is soon oh my gosh it is what will they do like what is there a plan i

don't know oh god okay In October of 2022, both Noah Schnapp and David Harbour suggested that filming was set to begin in May or June of 2023, but then, in May of 2023, the Writers Guild of America strike delayed the production of the series.

At the same time, the SAG-AFTRA strike also prevented any further work on the season.

Meanwhile, in June 2023, as part of Tudum, it was announced that Linda Hamilton would be joining the cast.

The people

also loved All Things Will.

As the reviewer from Gizmodo put it, Noah Schnapp, as Will, was clearly the MVP of Volume 2.

After he became a sorcerer at the end of Volume 1, we got to see him explore those powers more, which was incredibly exciting.

But Ben, you were going to were you going to say somebody here?

yeah I was I was gonna make a really dumb joke that Noah Schnapp probably isn't busy since Stranger Things ended but you know fuck that guy he doesn't need a job so

or give it to Gabriel LaBelle or Cooper Hoffman like somebody like that that's young oh

that would be interesting that would be interesting also I want

Okay.

Noah Schnapp.

I bet it's Schnapp.

Yep.

[laughs]

Anyway, so, um, Boz, uh, th- th- Noah Schnapp, who plays the, uh, the, the boy who's been affluenzed-

Mm

... um, he, he was in Stranger Things.

So, um, so that...

Well, I was very impressed by her.

Anyway, then Noah Schnapp comes out.

Boz-

He's making that, like, face, right? He made, like, that.

I remember when he did Claire Hero's Schnapp.

That seemed like a joking face, and I don't know what he's talking about, right? I don't know, like, if he's talking about super racist assholes, then I guess, like, sign me up as well.

Like, I don't care.

and it's not worth seeing is Affluenza at Riverside Studios, which stars one of the three Stranger Things stars that are on London stages at the moment, alongside Linnea Berthelsen and Gaten Matarazzo in Rent, who we'll be talking about later.

This is Noah Schnapp, who finds himself in this absolute mess of a satire on American values, which starts off as a story of a rich kid who kills someone while several people are under the influence of drugs, but successfully gets off because his lawyer refuses.

pleads affluenza, that he's basically too rich to know the difference between right and wrong.

And this then moves into a satire on law, on race, and the entire second half is taken up with a sort of rather dated reality TV pastiche where later as an adult this kid is now reaping the rewards of infamy by appearing in a fly-on-the-wall documentary series of an extremely trashy nature.

How many kids does she have? Two.

Ooh, can I pass or come back?
