Noah Pickus

Welcome, everyone, to a new episode of EdTech Insiders and our special miniseries focused on higher education innovation.

We have a wonderful guest here today, a former colleague of mine and a longtime friend and mentor, Noah Pickus, who is here to talk about Future Universities Alliance and a new global movement in higher education changemaking, both within institutions and outside.

Noah was the host of a major event at the beginning of October at Duke University, and he's going to have a chance to talk a little bit about that, as well as the arc of his career, which has been legendary, both in private and public institutions, in startups and incumbent institutions, and I think is really a model, I hope, for the listeners, as it has been for me.

So thank you so much, Noah, for being willing to share what you're working on now, and also a little bit about where you came from and how you came to this work.

We have a whole series.

The end of our higher education series is going to be this like festival with people like Eric Klopfer from MIT, Michael Roth, the president of Wesleyan University, Noah Pickus from Duke.

And we have to thank our friend Matthew Raskoff.

This was really your, you know, you worked more closely with him on this than I did.
