So I'm at my hotel here in Sapa.

Got my big suitcase here, have to make it up the big hill, then find a Grab taxi, then go to the bus station, where I'm catching a sleeper bus to Ninh Binh.

Cutting it just at the right amount of time.

Wish I had a bigger buffer, but it is what it is, so I'm gonna bring you along for the journey, and let's see if I can get lost and hopefully not miss my bus.

My hotel guy said 30 minutes before, so let's see what the right answer was.
