I have a picture of all of them now up there.

What kind of camera did you use? Besides the Polaroid, I used to use a Nikomat, which is in the Nikon family.

And I used a 105 portrait lens back then, which was the top of the line lens, which is why I can get the clearest shots.

You know, it's the lens that you use, right?

Um, you can find a good FM for about 150, 100 bucks, depending on the condition and if it comes with a lens or not.

But if you want to go even older, you can look at the Nikkormat line.

And while the temptation is to go with the last of the Nikkormats, the FT3, take a look at the middle child, and that would be the FT2.

The FT2 carries over all the improvements of the older FTn, but it takes a modern SR44 battery, which again, only powers the meter.

The FT2 also takes pre-AI lenses, which are still affordable, but you can use any manual focus lens that has that coupling claw.
