Nikki Newman

And it's for, for viewers, you want to root for your person, right? And it's, I always say that Potomac is more soap opera-y.

because you do have your person that you're like you do have your Nikki Newman you do have your people that you're always looking to see year after year and to see what they're up to as opposed to oh my gosh I have to learn who this new person is no shade to the new girls and I think the new girls are are needed but it's nice when you know what you're going to get it's nice when you're like oh my gosh I love the fact that Karen is going to like come into the scene and like make an assessment and maybe fall asleep, but then she's going to wake back up and read everybody to filth.

Like you, you, you're, you're in it with us.

And I think with you, with you and Karen in particular, I mean, you have been on the world's longest rollercoaster.

I think people are picking up on there's a level of intimacy there between the two characters.

And then, you know, it's established that Sydney is... sammy's only child that has a significant relationship with dante she works for him um so obviously they would have a fondness for each other um do i think they could build upon that in the future it would not be the first time in his hope that a young lady has gone after her mom's Nikki Newman and

Victoria Newman did it back and forth all throughout the 90s.

Victoria's doing it right now with her daughter's ex.

[laughs]

She beat her to the white meat, just like Nikki Newman did Diane by pouring boiled water on Young and the Restless.

Bopped her in the head, my ass.

And then she turns up alive.

All right, first, let's talk about Nick Newman.

He shows up at the new ranch and thinks that Nikki Newman is worried that he's relapsed and is using again.

And Nick really hates that everybody thinks he could lose it at any moment.

He is getting quite frustrated with everybody.
