Because you gotta remember, Jon Ossoff, uh, was very clear that he was gonna be on the ballot, and he wanted to have a d- um, a, a direct relationship with the nominees.

And so at a time where we got Charlie Bailey, who's leaving the party now, Nikema Williams did a good job of getting us to a good point, but when Charlie was, um, selected and elected as the chair, Jon Ossoff was at the top of the ticket while all the primaries were playing itself out.

So I think no matter who the nominee ended up being, Jon Ossoff was going to, um, promote that ticket.

But I think that Keisha Lance Bottoms and him together is a really good comparison because I truly believe they complement each other.
