Nihari

A lot of similarity.

When you think of like birria, it's very similar to a Pakistani dish called Nahari.

Nahari, I have heard of that.

Which is braised beef for a very long time in the soup.

The gravy is a little bit different, but very similar.

service and the other was uh the um the takeaway side of it because it's a city center so we used to open late till like three four o'clock you know yeah so we had a pizza as well for the later service you know after like uh like 11 12 o'clock you know once the restaurant is closed then you can serve pizzas and kebabs and all this yeah Because I knew that the Glaswegians love pizzas and donors and all these things.

Although I was not familiar with these things in London because obviously they're straightforward, the quality food, you know, and the curries and the biryanis and all those things, the very traditional, the Niharis and Halim kind of, you know, like the menu.

It's actually, it's good that you mentioned.

So about the menu, When we started the first business here, our menu was based on the customers in London, you know, the kind of food they like here.

my chef uh yusuf you know and one of my brother-in-laws you know faiz ahmed they were very traditional chefs you know very quality chefs you know And they came from London.

They moved here and they were cooking Haleems and Niharis.

And obviously we had some, obviously our own community people coming to buy Nihari and Haleem.

However, the people who are doing Tans will also have six parathas in front of them.

In the evening, they will also have Nihari cooked.

It is not that a person comes to the drama because of the words of people.

So don't do drama, brother, whatever is inside, come from outside.

And she is very, very, very, very elegant lady.

And so I like and her husband Aman uncle was so nice, you know, he used to eat Nahari also.

Nahari, it's a dish, you know, of Muslims, you know, and of the bone of the hip, you know, of the cow or of the buffalo.

And he used to eat that also with Nahari.

With the knife and that.

So I like people with etiquette, you know, and if you go to a restaurant and you see how people eat, you will understand what is their background and how they are.
