Nightmare in Silver

Okay, what are your general thoughts on A Nightmare in Silver? It's been a rough couple of weeks.

We've been trudging through some not good episodes.

We're near the end of the series.

That that combined with the subpar episodes just doesn't intrigue me enough.

It doesn't... timey enough to them to being invested in their relationship and the things they've gone through together like it's just I feel like low-key a little bit of a quality drop after like having the pawns and so I just wish it was written stronger different obviously it is what it is and it's fine but it's just not my favorite it's not my favorite and that ultimately comes down to it more than anything love matt and jenna separately yes they're incredible love them down bad just to love and clara i just have my problems and i'm not one of y'all and i'm really sorry about that and you know

i wish i was i wish i was one of y'all eating all this up but that's not my path that's not my story no But yeah, that's The Nightmare in Silver.

Now, I'm certain my mind immediately went to Curse of the Black Spot, but I'm certain in the past you've told me Rings of Akaten has scored lower.

So I'm going to go Rings of Akaten.

I only watched it last night.

There's another scene at the end of the episode where the same thing happens again, and it kind of rolls on, and you get similar scenes in Hyde, and particularly in, and this is the one that nobody likes really, so this gets forgotten, but in Nightmare in Silver, they effectively reproduce the entire sequence by giving her control of the army.

So there is this story across the course of Series 7B that builds up to her going into the Doctor's timeline at the end.

So it's all foreshadowing for that.
