Night Slasher

He is protecting a model played by Brigitte Nielsen who has a target on her back, but the villain isn't a quiet professional hit man.

The villain is a deranged, ax-clinking serial killer known as the Night Slasher, played with absolute maniacal intensity by Brian Thompson.

He is terrifying in that movie.

And the Night Slasher isn't working alone.

He leads a vast shadowy cult of supremacy that meets in abandoned warehouses to loudly clink weapons together over their heads.

It is so over the top.
