Another thing I think that is really helpful and people really appreciate over here, usually after the apple harvest and the wine harvest is done over here, there's really not a lot of work for people until things start again in spring.

What we are able to provide is that last three to four weeks going into November, When all of the farming has finished, we are able to employ another 50 people for three to four weeks towards the end of the year when a lot of people run out of work because of the farming.
