Nick Ross

No photofit is produced due to vague descriptions.

Presenter Nick Ross warns that the killer could have come from anywhere, while Detective Superintendent Keith Readman pleads for information on the blue car and its driver, a lead that tantalizes but never materializes.

On October 6th, two days after the Crimewatch appeal, it transpired that an unidentified woman had been claiming she knew the identity of Anne Heron's killer.

The mystery woman, her voice trembling with terror, had dialed authorities three times, whispering claims of knowing the killer's identity.

I mean, she was a presenter, wasn't she? I think she did a lot of holiday programmes and things like that.

And then she got involved with a guy called Nick Ross and they put out a weekly... a crime program called Crime Watch, and it was very, very popular.

And with Crime Watch, what they used to do, they're coming to work, basically detectives said, anyone wanna do some overtime, work with Crime Watch.

So when you see the officers in the background, they're actually police officers, And they would bring you along to the studio and you would man the phones or do whatever on Crimewatch and afterwards go and get drunk in the BBC studio.

Plus the rolling quiz, which will be sort of rolling gently to a halt at about 20 to 2, I should think.

I always like to feel if Nick Ross ever ended up doing something on LBC and then saying after the show, don't have nightmares, do sleep well, here's Clive Bull up next.

And then you can then say, sorry, Nick, nightmares are beginning.

Yeah, no, absolutely.

And so I'm, I'm, I'm with you, and I think the defense is interesting.

Nick Ross is pretty cool, what he does.

I love it.

I love the over three and a half, whether it's Love, whether it's McBride, who might be just the next best tight end in the NFL.
