Okay, if any of you have ever watched New Girl, there is a very popular reel template of Nick Miller doing a fangirl scream and then promptly passing out and, like, falling on the ground, and that was me in this moment.

Like, I was Nick Miller, okay? [laughs] During their little fistfight, Dain tells Sloane that if she wants to keep pinning him, then she can challenge him on the mat, and guys, I want this so bad.

I was a total sucker for Xaden and Violet's mat scenes, and I would literally throw a cadet off the parapet to get one steamy mat scene from Sloane and Dain.

I want that so bad.

That, but what's his face from New Girl.

I was like, "You are Nick Miller."

Yeah.

Okay, so Jake Johnson, I love Jake Johnson.

Like, his scenes are literally just, "Oh, I guess Tom Cruise is guest starring in this episode of New Girl.

That's cool."

Yeah, he has the same Nick Miller along for the ride, like, mentality of like every time that, you know, there's somebody cool that they meet that he, like, just decides, oh, we're gonna, like, do whatever this dude's doing now.

So yeah, he is there.

Zoe does great comedic work in this episode, all around physical comedy line delivery, and at the beginning of this episode, she says, "You once put a sign out that said, 'Take a drink, leave a drink.'" Which very Nick Miller, and I love that that is a thing that you believe Nick would do.

Um, and then Jess, in reference to seeing the aquarium that is now in their apartment, says, "An aquarium? When did you become a Bond villain that couldn't afford not to live with roommates?" And I love that line.
