The proposition from Arthur Moses in court was that Nick McKenzie was a friend of yours.

Um, evidence, as required by law.

I think the issue is that the argument you've put forward is that you were subpoenaed, you were legally required, but then you did admit in court to being a source of, uh, Chris Masters and Nick McKenzie.

So it'll come down to the politics, but I really do think a version of this legislation has to get through Parliament this week.

Chip, we spoke last week to your colleague, Nick McKenzie, and we asked him, Nick, on a day-to-day basis, like today, will there be corruption going on on the big build? He said, absolutely.

So we asked the question, why has the government not appointed, I don't know, a czar or someone to go to the big build now and put an end to corruption?

Well, so the government would say to that that everything that they're doing has to be taken together.
