know it's it's so many questions that i feel like are unpacked within that response because it's such a um a philosophy of leadership in my opinion you know walk me through why did you guys even start the community nights and these events like before kingdom kickbacks i want to know the deeper origin before the origin and then i would love to unpack some of the executive director questions in regards to like what were the i guess the deciding factors like hey we're going to do this it's like yeah we could give some hours to our volunteers we could maybe take on a little bit more workload but hey what were the deciding factors to actually pulling the trigger and moving forward with an executive director? So whichever one of those you wanna touch first.

Yeah, we could start with the origin story with it.

So Kingdom Kickback started in June of 2024.

I was in Charlotte for a few months at this point, maybe four months.

In college, I found Jesus through Christian ministry.

And in college, you're surrounded by young adults the whole time.

All you live and breathe and are hanging out with.

So what was some of the advice that you were given over the years that you really believe changed the trajectory of what you've built?
