Can we shrink
12:58
it? For me, it comes down to the whole governance framework of a business.
13:02
I think too many people go straight into what tools do I need? What should I implement tomorrow? And that's the focal point, which I get, you know, operationally, it does make sense to some degree.
13:10
Again, it does a lot.
13:12
However, having that whole governance framework and making sure that someone at the top is accountable for something, they understand how to leverage and illustrate the technical risks or articulate the technical risks in that business lens and making sure that that individual is fed the correct information.
13:26
is key, whether it's steering committees, whether it's having a proper reporting framework in place to say that these are all the data points I need access to and I need information about, the SLAs, the metrics, whatever, and making sure that then the information from all the tooling and the technology and other processes underneath are both accurate, timely, and given to the person in a certain frequency that's agreed, just to make sure they've got the information that they can actually then use to inform the rest of the business.
13:52
At the moment, it seems Too many CISOs, as an example, as I said before, are getting instant data.
18:12
Nick, what are your thoughts?
15:00
Um, what is the return on that investment? How does it move a metric that's not, uh, or that can stand up to that, um, that regulatory inquiry?
15:10
W- what I'm, what I'm not gonna say, Darren, is that, um, Triple M is the answer.
15:15
[chuckles] I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna say that.
15:17
Uh, es- essentially, I think that, uh, ultimately, you know, it's about data governance.
15:26
You know, and, and I know that sounds, that sounds equally vague but, but if an organization has a really good grip on, on what is happening at every stage in the customer journey, you know, and, and, and has...
15:41
And are measuring things that actually matter, you know.
15:44
Like, like it actually matters that we're acquiring customers or new members at a, at a certain cost.

But going back to working collaboratively for that angle with Kenny and Cody, And then coming back to your match at Full Gear against FTR, can you just talk about, you know, how your past experiences have helped you collaborate? You know, maybe with, did you collaborate with Cash and Dax or did, you know, I'm sure Tony was hands-on, but how did your past experiences and your knack for, you know, long-term storytelling help you put that match together at Full Gear?
120:12
Right.
120:14
You know, it goes back even further, like, We started getting experience booking our own angles with our own small company with high-risk wrestling, or even if you want to go back even further with our backyard wrestling stuff.
120:28
And it was always Matt and I coming up with the ideas for the storyline for pretty much everyone in the company.
120:36
So we had experience from that, but little did we know we would use it for what we do now.
120:42
But it's true, like...
120:45
I remember our first really successful story was when we helped book our run in PWG as heels, and we were the heel tag champs.

And I'm just wondering, Matt and Nick, what were your reactions to the show last week?
