So first question I would like to ask everyone too is, well, this question has boggled my mind for about thirteen years, and that is why does hydrogen have a color code but electricity doesn't? In every discussion, in every industry I've been in, people have asked, you know, like, they like, "Well, it's got to be green hydrogen, blue hydrogen, gray hydrogen," but we've never done the same for electricity.

So it's one of the questions I've always asked, like when comparing battery electric to fuel cell, why does hydrogen have the color code and el-- and electricity doesn't? The other item I'd like to al-also start with too is, well, to kind of frame everyone's reference, one of the mystery, one of the many mysteries is how do we actually model a battery? On the left over here, let me turn on my laser pointer, kind of help see the screen.

There's like a screenshot from a Simulink model which uses a Kirchhoff's voltage law, which, which will compute the out, the discharge voltage of a battery based on knowing what the state of charge is, what the resistance is, and what the current is.

So we have a separate modeling routine for a battery, but a battery doesn't fall into any of the dependent voltage sources in the electrical engineering world.

The only item that seems to fall into place is a fuel cell that falls into place as a current controlled voltage source, but a battery doesn't fit any of th- any of these.
