Newton Lower Falls

in the middle of the Boston Marathon at mile 15, there's a big downhill before you start to hit the Newton Hills.

And while I group that with the prior section, I put a little asterisk there and I'd tell people, you know, that race or that mile in Boston, mile 15, as you head into Newton Lower Falls, it's the second biggest downhill of the race.

And it might be the longest continuous downhill of the race.

But for that downhill, you don't want to be greedy with it.
