He said he came forward after other jurors started making claims about him last week.

Marcel told News Nation that Michael believed Clancy was guilty from the beginning of the trial.

"He felt that she was sane when she did it, and that's exactly what he told me," Marcel said.

"He said from day one that he always felt that she was guilty, and he never displayed or said anything about reasonable doubt." That is the opposite of what other jurors sold to the press.

That's ridiculous.

He filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit over an appearance that music manager, Courtney Burgess, made on NewsNation, which he claims to have nearly a dozen flash drives containing Combs' alleged sex tapes.

So he got really mad about that.

He's like, "Oh, no." And then he's just gonna sue NewsNation? I don't even know what that is, to be honest.

[dramatic music] The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial spoke publicly for the first time since the case ended in a mistrial.

From News Nation, the juror identified himself as Michael in an off-camera interview with Fugitive TV.

He was the only member of the 12-person panel who opposed a verdict concluding that Clancy was not criminally responsible for the deaths of her three children.

Her defense had argued she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.

But I mean, my question is the same that it's always been.
