Newport RFC

We seem to play Hartbury, don't we? In the pre-season friendlies.

Cornish Pirates Worcester there are some good clubs in it but there's no way a Welsh team would survive in the English Championship no way I anytime I see Welsh supports come out with that I just think it's absolutely bonkers and I think you make a good point for me like somebody said oh if it meant your club dying or being in a championship honestly if I was in that position I'd go and buy a season ticket for Newport RFC and I'd watch traditional club rivalries rather than seeing Dragons against Caldy, Ampdill, Bedford and Blackheath.

I'm sorry, but that just does not appeal to me.

And I will not buy a season ticket to watch that.

There's five permit players.

Now, there are some Scarlets youngsters in there, people like Jack Pritchard, etc., who, you know, a good quality young player, but it tells a story of the inexperience coming out, coming out with this side, await the Newports, they've got the shields, they are, you know, we still maintain the best team in the league.

And I just think that's where Llandaffery have struggled this year.

They've lost a few senior players.
