And then there's one, I think it's Mason's down in New Haven.

Yeah.

And, you know, they're family-run, they've been there for generations and the type of roles and things that you can get in there are unique to that family.

There were houses, estates and small pockets of development, but plenty of open ground remained between them.

New Haven sat close to the coast, with Leith a short distance to the east, and at this time Trinity itself was beginning to change.

From the late 18th century, larger houses and villas had started to appear, often built with their own grounds.

By the 1830s, more families were looking north from Edinburgh for somewhere with a little more space, and they found it in Trinity.

Okay, so I'm doing classes in two gyms in Edinburgh, and I have my own class here at the Art and Spirituality Centre, which is on a Wednesday evening, six till seven.

The other classes are David Lloyd Gym, New Haven and Shaw Fair, and JD Gyms, but you need membership for those.
