Newcastle United W.F.C.

Thank you.

It's 4-0 to Newcastle United women against Leicester City.

An astonishingly good start.

They are 100% in the league this season and they stay top of the league.

I have, Simon, yeah.

I went to see Newcastle United women beat Leicester City women at Gateshead International Stadium with my daughter, Faith.

It was very fun.

I enjoyed it.

But they're having a pretty tough time in that league.

So it's one of those games.

Durham away, first of all, it's an opportunity if anybody did want to see an away game for Newcastle United women because it's not very far.

But it's also a game they really should be winning because they're bottom of the league.

So I think that was worth a little revisit and maybe we'll revisit again in like January or something and see how wrong everybody was.

But what else is going on then? Hutch you're off to the women's game you said you're going to try and go next week against Leicester aren't you I am yes Newcastle United women have had a perfect start this season result today they beat Sheffield United 4-1 sorry Sunday and that puts them top of the league with Sunderland hot on their heels but they've kind of made it a bit difficult for themselves because you've got to win that league to get in the women's Super League so it's going to be I think there's a playoff if you come second with somebody from the Super League or automatic promotion you've got to come top So if you get that Leicester game, you can do a little fun report for us, can't you? I can, yeah.

In fact, can you report live from the stands and get some celebrities to speak as well? And if you don't deliver on that, everyone will just consider you a massive failure.

Yeah.
