I saw the clip on socials of them giving it out in Newcastle City Centre, people getting cans of Red Bull, new shirts, just generating awareness.

It's impacting on the city centre.

I certainly wouldn't want to hire anywhere in Newcastle city centre to sell stuff these days.

Because the rent must be sky high and it's just so disappointing.

It's so sad.

So when you come back, you're away for long periods of time.

What's it like walking through Newcastle City Centre for you these days? Do you think it looks better? Do you think it looks worse? They've spent the best part of two years trying to do the Northumberland Street Open.

I'm not a fan of what they've done, to be fair.

Yeah, well, if that's the one thing I was going to mention, the Thumblin Street, which is meant to be your flagship street, isn't it, for Newcastle? And the few times I've been over in the last few years, it's always been blocked off, closed, there's works going on, and now it's apparently open.
