I'm not sure.

You know, the Newark Public Schools gave this contract to a local funeral director.

Her name is Carolyn Wiggum, and she has handled services for folks like Whitney Houston, you know, lesser known folks like the mother of the Newark superintendent a few years ago who passed away.

And so the question is, you know, why is a mortician getting this big, well, substantial contract to teach restaurant and business leadership skills to students and staff in Newark public schools.

The spending.

Remember that whole thing? They're the worst in the country.

I don't know if she sings or it's the coffins or something.

They're giving her that money to come in and encourage the kids in a tourism class section they have at Newark schools.

A celebrity mortuary person, 700 grand, Newark Public Schools.

Is it any wonder the craziness of what goes on with public schools, as bad as Philadelphia is? We have Oz Hill, at least.
