Righto, let's hit some...

We've got three football topics, then we'll get into New Zealand A cricket.

The first football topic I want to hit you with is...

The under-20s team, which are at the Under-20s World Cup.

Like, you're looking for players who are 24, 25 and are ready to go right now, then definitely players like Kenya Brooke and Rebecca Van Dort and Zoe Barrett maybe a bit of Anna McPhee or Maddy Ollington, Ella Finlay, I'm just naming all, Stacey Martin, I'm just naming the, Nicky White in goalkeeping, I'm just naming the New Zealanders who played for Eastern Sub, who've skimmed the imports.

But those are the types of players who would do a good job at that level.

I don't know whether they'd get an opportunity from non-New Zealand A-League teams, but...

Yeah, and the cash tech team, Margie Diaz, Anya Stefan.

So they'll have to have their new board sorted and interviewed, et cetera, et cetera, and some plans.

And, you know, one of the good plans that at least they have made is while the Indian test team is here, the Indian A side is going to be in the country as well, playing Red Bull cricket against New Zealand A.

And I think that's a positive move.

because I think they're going to be in Christchurch.

I don't know that they're going around the country.

They will keep them there because it saves costs.

But the New Zealand A-side is currently playing a series of T20 in one day in Australia.

They beat South Australia in the first game of 50 over cricket.

There's a cricket test on at the moment between England and, uh, Pakistan being played at Lord's.

And the other thing, I don't know whether you've seen, I've been watching on the internet, uh, the New Zealand A side in the, uh, top end tournament, playing in mid-30 degree temperatures.

Um, they've had two wins and two losses in the T20 competition.

Um, but you know, we're, we're sort of seeing some of those players that are due to be, you know, part of the New Zealand, uh, set up in, in the next few years performing pretty well.
