New Mexico Goatheads

And that's where the, uh, new ECHL team plays in New Mexico, the, uh, Goatheads.

New Mexico Goatheads.

But yeah, I thought that was cool.

I wanted to bring that up because, uh, I'm hoping that it's, uh, their first season is a success, and I hope that they expand their schedule next year.

Yeah.

Hey, you know what? Um, my buddy Javi, he's, uh, he, uh, started working for the Goatheads, and I was talking to him yesterday.

Do you know they have 36 home games, and you can get season tickets there? And not a push for them, but I thought this was a great deal, 'cause we love hockey around here.

And who would have thought until the Scorpions came.

Since the New Mexico Scorpions played.

But we've got the New Mexico Goatheads now, part of the ECHL.

And they have an affiliation with Stanley Cup champs Colorado Avalanche.

And they will begin play this weekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, out at the Rio Rancho Event Center versus the Idaho Steelheads.

So the Goatheads versus the Steelheads.

Yeah.

Got a lot of head action going on out there.

Absolutely.
