New Jersey Route 18

They want to be seen from the highway.

They want to be in full view of Route 18.

You got me on that one already.

Basically, what would happen if you did

nothing? So if you have a Route 18 corridor where businesses have just left and it's decimated, what happens to your tax bill right if we leave it that way if we did nothing if we never brought the developer in to invest in that property what would happen is all of them have tax appeals right and they would win them because their taxes are based on the income that property is generating right if there's no tenants they're generating less income correct so they would absolutely win their taxes right so the town bears the full burden of paying that back.

I don't get to collect 65% back from the schools.

Right.

They're on the Route 1 or the Route 18 car.

So we are the downtown for a whole

region.

A wounded kitten found along a busy road in New Jersey is on the mend after a good Samaritan spotted her.

The abandoned kitty was on Route 18 in East Brunswick, and she's between four and six weeks old.

The person who discovered her contacted New Beginnings Animal Rescue for help.

The kitty had multiple fractures on her hind leg.

Well, it was a learning experience for me because I lived right next door to Ocean Township all my life.

I cut through the main road to get to Route 18 to the parkway and go about my business.

But, Township of Ocean has a plethora of recreational activities and parks to do.

We have a municipal pool.

I was at the game at Rutgers.

I live in Piscataway, in Society Hill, right across the Route 18.

I'm a mile away, and we went to that game, my daughter and I.

And let me tell you, I play football at Northeast, and we used to play UMass all the time.
