18:25Um, but I, I do think there is reason to be, be cautious that that is a silver bullet as well.
18:30well.So listen, you also talked about this, and, and I'm, I'm curious where the Lewis George administration will likely be on this, about-- So Metro general manager says he wants dedicated bus lanes down H Street to help move people to the new RFK Stadium.
18:45They're calling it the Gold Line.
18:47Where is the mayor to be and the council to be on that plan?
19:02The whole reason the H Street streetcar never was as useful as it could've been is, is it was constantly stuck in traffic, right? You know, one person illegally parks on H Street, all of a sudden it's conflicted with the streetcar and causes big delays.
19:16And so the logic for expanding it and building it out never was there because so many people didn't ride it, and it just became a vicious cycle.
19:24So now Randy Clarke, the Metro general manager, says, you know, "We can't expand Metro, like, train capacity at RFK.
19:31There isn't, you know, the money in the budget or, or feasibility to actually build a new station, so we'd use this bus rapid transit system instead, building it right down the middle of H Street." That is, of course, exactly what they tried and failed to do with the streetcar.
