New Carlisle

I appreciate that.

Uh, Tracy, a new Carlisle.

Hey Tracy.

Hello.

Redbeer, let's talk about the benefit that you're going to be holding.

This is Saturday, November 7th.

At the VFW there in New Carlisle.

Yeah, so it's right there at the VFW on Lake Road, New Carlisle, November 7th.

He said not there, won't try.

Instead, he fou- he put his newly developed criminal skills to work, and in late June, just one month- After being out of prison, he robbed a bank in New Carlisle, Ohio, getting away with $10,000.

Dang.

10 times the average ann- annual income for an employed American at the time.

Right.

Um, but then after that, next Friday we have, um, Lindsay and Tavian, and they have a little one- or two-year-old son, and they'll be purchasing a home in New Carlisle, um, with our Springfield Clark CTC build.

Mm-hmm.

And that one is really cool because we, um, collaborated with the Springfield, um, Clark CTC, and they, those students built the home.

Okay.

So they built it modular style, and then they got to watch it get shipped out to New Carlisle, and then we had volunteers attach a garage to it.

Oh, wow.

Yeah, so-

He was a graduate of Wright State.

I believe his hometown was New Carlisle, and he lived in Kettering.

And I met him through a, uh, a good friend of mine.

And, uh, I got to know John, uh, J. Todd a little bit over the years.
