Nervi

It is my cookbook, self-dedicated to the whims and mysteries of La Cocina Italiana.

It was off the beaten path, wandering around, discovering new places like Treviso and Nervi, failing at speaking Italian because I was reading Jeff's in Sardinia, or a book about a single mother making a home on an island in Sicily.

It was the stories and the connections that made it real.

I could likely have our house mortgage paid off if it wasn't for Italy.
